Pastoral & Wellbeing Support- · Offer guidance and a safe, supportive environment where learners can discuss concerns. · Build positive, professional relationships that promote confidence and resilience. · Recognize indicators of mental health or safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriately. · Promote attendance, punctuality, and positive behavior.
