Full-time | Permanent | Crewe / Winsford Salary: £24,000 We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive and inclusive further education setting in the Northwich, Crewe and Winsford area. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone passionate about helping learners with additional needs to thrive in an educational environment. The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to learners with SEND • Support the delivery and monitoring of EHCPs and individual learning plans • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the SENCO to promote inclusion and learner progress • Help learners overcome barriers to learning and build confidence and independence About You We’re keen to hear from candidates with: • Experience supporting learners with additional needs (SEND) • Strong communication and organisational skills • The ability to engage, motivate and support young people • A Level 2 qualification (or relevant experience) in a related field Why Work With Us?
