Key Responsibilities: • Supporting students with their learning, confidence, and personal development. • Assisting teachers in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. • Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils who may need additional help. • Helping students stay engaged, focused, and motivated throughout the school day. Requirements: • Previous experience working with children or young people. • A supportive, patient, and encouraging approach. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Experience in education, SEND, care, youth work, or similar settings is desirable.
