Job description

A highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing specialist property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with residential property experience who is looking to develop their expertise within a niche and technical area of law. Experience in enfranchisement and lease extensions would be highly beneficial, although the firm is also keen to speak with candidates who are genuinely interested in building their knowledge and long-term career in this space. Working closely with experienced solicitors, you’ll assist with a broad range of matters including lease extensions, freehold management work, licences, lease advice, and RTM matters, while gradually building your own caseload and profile within the team.
