Legal Administrator – Property Finance – Guildford A well-established Legal 500 and Legal 200 law firm is seeking a Legal Administrator to join its specialist Property Finance team in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and ambitious individual looking to establish a long-term career within the legal sector. Previous legal experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. Our client places significant value on attitude, reliability and work ethic. The Role • Providing administrative support across property finance matters • Preparing legal documents and correspondence • Maintaining accurate records • Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties • Assisting fee earners throughout transactions • Supporting compliance and file management processes • Developing knowledge of property finance and financial services work About You (all are essential) • You live within a commutable distance of Guildford and can work full-time from the office • You have the unrestricted right to work in the UK without sponsorship • You are available to start within the next 2–4 weeks • You have gained experience through part-time, summer or other paid work alongside your studies • You hold a Law degree (ideally with modules in Property, Corporate, Commercial or Finance-related subjects) OR another degree in OR have strong interest in mathematics, finance, or analytical problem-solving • You are hardworking and eager to build a long-term career within a specialist legal team.
