Legal Executive Assistant • Annual Salary: £48k • Location: London • Job Type: Full-time offering hybrid working after initial training period We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Executive Assistant to join a dynamic law firm in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive support to senior professionals, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will thrive on managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships across the business. Day-to-day responsibilities • Deliver outstanding Executive Assistant support, including managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, event planning, and expenses. • Support business development activities, including networking and updating client communications. • Provide exceptional client service and proactively progress tasks. • Assist with finance and billing activities, including preparing invoices and liaising with finance teams. • Coordinate workflow, delegate tasks where appropriate, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Draft correspondence, amend documents, and maintain client and business records. Required Skills & Qualifications • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment, ideally supporting senior professionals or fee earners. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate competing deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High attention to detail and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients. • Resilient, proactive approach with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
