Legal PA - Private Client / Art and Luxury Assets law

Partner level Legal PA required for a Leading law firm to work in Private Client / Art and Luxury Assets law. Leading award winning Law firm in the City. Hybrid 3:2 Duties consist of: • Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the Fee Earners • Full proactive and advanced international calendar management • Supporting Fee Earners in the smooth running of the client/matter life cycle • Developing a strong working knowledge of the Firm's billing systems • Full management of travel for assigned Fee Earners, ensuring business travel is booked via the Firm's in-house provider. • Supporting Fee Earners in preparing content and presentations for clients and prospective clients. This role requires previous Legal PA experience ideally within Private Client or similar !
