Legal Support Assistant – Private Client Telford Up to £26,700 Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Legal Support Assistant to join their friendly Private Client team in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who enjoys working in a professional, client-focused environment. Working alongside experienced solicitors and legal professionals, you'll support clients through important life events, including wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate planning, while gaining valuable experience within a respected legal practice. Key Responsibilities • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Private Client team. • Preparing legal documents and maintaining client files under supervision. • Acting as a first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries professionally and sensitively. • Keeping clients updated on the progress of their matters. • Managing correspondence, documents and filing accurately. • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a high standard of client care. • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department. Key Skills and Experience • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. • A professional, friendly and empathetic approach to client service. • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications. • The ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment. • Previous administrative or customer service experience within a professional office environment would be advantageous.
