Legal Systems Analyst Permanent role £68,000 - £78,000 2 days office / 3 days from home per week Global Law Firm - London Are you an experienced Applications Support Engineer or Technical Systems Analyst looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? In this broad 3rd Line Applications Support role at a leading law firm in London, you will be supporting a range of business-critical legal and enterprise applications while contributing to upgrades, integrations and continuous improvement projects. What you'll need: • Experience supporting multiple business or legal applications within a professional services environment • Knowledge of platforms such as iManage Cloud, Elite 3E, Intapp, BigHand, InterAction or similar • Experience administering SaaS/cloud applications • Understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows • Strong troubleshooting and 3rd Line support experience • Security awareness or application security experience is advantageous The role: • 3rd Line support across a varied application estate • Support application upgrades, implementations and integrations • Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Data and Project teams • Drive service improvements and system reliability This is an excellent opportunity for a technically curious, collaborative individual who enjoys working across multiple technologies rather than specialising in a single product.
