Lettings Associate BTR • Location: Multiple sites between Cambridge & Luton • Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + EV car + bonus + benefits • Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm The Company Our client is a leading, well-funded organisation on an ambitious journey to become one of the UK’s largest and most trusted residential landlords. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling business where you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality living experience to residents across a regional portfolio. The Role As a Lettings Associate, you will act as the face of the business across your designated region, managing the full resident journey from initial viewing through to move-out. This is a field-based role combining elements of lettings, property management, and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being out on-site. Key Responsibilities • Deliver a high-quality customer experience across the full resident journey, from viewings through to move-out • Conduct property viewings, move-ins, move-outs, and mid-term inspections • Monitor property condition, report issues, and ensure maintenance works are completed to standard • Manage inventories, compliance checks (including Right to Rent), and system updates • Act as the on-the-ground representative, liaising with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders • Support health & safety standards across developments About You • Previous experience within residential lettings or property management • Passion for delivering a high standard of customer service • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organised with the ability to manage your own schedule • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role • Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach • Full UK driving licence (essential), residing in a property appropriate for EV charger installation (free) What’s on Offer • Competitive salary + performance-related bonus • Company vehicle (electric) + home charger installation • Generous pension contribution • 24 days holiday + bank holidays • Flexible benefits package (including retail discounts) • Strong career progression opportunities within a growing business Why Apply?
