Job description

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and highly experienced Lettings Manager/Director to lead and grow the lettings performance of three established London brands operating under the same property group. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving revenue, market share, profitability, operational excellence, and team performance across multiple offices and territories. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping strategy, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring each brand maintains its unique identity whilst delivering exceptional commercial results. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Strategy: • Develop and execute the lettings strategy across all three brands. • Drive market share, revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio expansion. • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends. • Create and implement business plans, budgets, and growth initiatives. • Monitor and analyse KPIs to ensure commercial targets are achieved. Leadership & Team Development: • Lead, motivate, and develop lettings managers and negotiators across multiple locations. • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer service, and results. • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent. • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans. Client & Landlord Relationships: • Maintain strong relationships with key landlords, investors, and institutional clients. • Support teams in securing major instructions and retaining high-value clients. • Act as a senior representative of the group within the London property market. Operational Excellence: • Ensure consistent operational standards and best practices across all brands. • Drive compliance with all lettings legislation, industry regulations, and company policies. • Implement processes that improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. • Work closely with Property Management, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Leadership teams. Brand Management: • Protect and enhance the reputation of each individual brand. • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver effective local and group-wide campaigns. • Ensure each business maintains a strong market presence and competitive positioning. Candidate Requirements: • Proven track record in a senior lettings leadership role, ideally overseeing multiple offices or brands. • Extensive knowledge of the London residential lettings market. • Strong commercial acumen with evidence of delivering significant revenue growth. • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills. • Ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. • Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements. • Results-oriented with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset. • Full UK driving licence.
