Lettings Manager

An established and well-respected estate agency is looking for an ambitious Lettings Manager to lead and grow its Grimsby office. Whether you're already managing a lettings team or you're an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator, Property Manager or Valuer ready for your first management opportunity, we'd love to hear from you. The role will see you taking responsibility for driving lettings performance, winning new business, developing landlord relationships and leading the day-to-day operation of the branch. You'll be someone who enjoys motivating others, thrives on hitting targets and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. What we're looking for: A minimum of 12 months' experience working in residential lettings. A proven ability to build relationships with landlords and tenants. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Commercial awareness and a target-driven approach. Previous leadership experience is desirable but not essential, we're equally interested in ambitious individuals ready to step into management. Full UK driving licence. What's on offer: Basic salary circa £25,000. £4,000 annual car allowance. Uncapped commission with realistic OTE up to £45,000 depending on experience. Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Saturdays 9:00am to 4:00pm on a rota basis, with a day off in lieu. Genuine opportunity to develop your career within a successful and growing business.
