The RoleAs a Lettings Negotiator, you will manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a high level of service to both landlords and tenants. Key responsibilities include: • Registering and qualifying applicants • Arranging and conducting property viewings • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants • Building and maintaining strong client relationships • Generating new business opportunities • Matching applicants to suitable properties • Managing communication throughout the lettings process • Maintaining accurate CRM records • Working towards individual and team targets • Delivering an excellent customer experience RequirementsTo be successful in this Lettings Negotiator role, you will have: • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or within residential lettings • Strong communication and negotiation skills • A confident and professional approach • A strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment • Excellent organisation and attention to detail • Non-drivers will be considered What’s on Offer • £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary (DOE) • £50,000+ realistic OTE • Commission structure up to 30% • No weekend working • Monday–Thursday: 9:30am – 5:30pm • Friday: 9:30am – 4:30pm • Prime Central London market exposure • Established multi-branch independent agency • Strong training and progression opportunities • High-performing and supportive team environment
