The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic lettings team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a successful career within a respected, forward-thinking agency. You will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, delivering an outstanding experience to both landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities • Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements • Conducting property viewings and follow-ups • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants • Securing new tenancies and achieving agreed targets • Progressing tenancies from offer agreed to move-in • Liaising with landlords, tenants, referencing companies, and contractors • Maintaining accurate records on Reapit and ensuring compliance documentation is in place • Keeping landlords updated throughout the letting process • Generating new business opportunities and assisting with market appraisals • Ensuring all activity complies with current lettings legislation and company procedures Skills & Experience • Previous experience in residential lettings preferred (but not essential for the right candidate) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Confident, professional, and well-presented • Target-driven with a proactive attitude • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Full UK driving licence preferred What We Offer • Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission • Ongoing training and career progression opportunities • Supportive, experienced management team • Excellent company reputation and strong brand presence • Modern systems and structured processes • Friendly, professional working environment
