LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Estate Agency business, due to further expansion within the team our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join the business. Role • An exciting opportunity to join a thriving, well-established lettings team with an impressive portfolio of managed properties and a reputation for delivering outstanding results. • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and helping people find their next home. • As a Lettings Negotiator you will play a key role in driving business growth while providing an exceptional customer experience. • Your day to day responsibilities will include generating and booking rental valuations, and market appraisals, conducting engaging property viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements and guiding applicants and landlords through the journey from enquiry to moving in. • Our client are an employer that provides a fabulous working environment and are focused on developing employees’ careers. • You will work amongst employees in the sales and mortgage businesses in a friendly atmosphere and great surroundings.” Candidate • We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and customer focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience in lettings or sales, a talent for generating new business and a passion for delivering first class customer service. • You will be organised, resilient, detail-orientated, confident in your communications with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes. • Strong IT skills, including MS office and email systems are essential along with a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Package • Basic salary to £28,000 • OTE c40,000 • Early finish every other Friday. • Private healthcare. • Death in service.
