Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding resident experiences? Our client is one of the UK's leading Build-to-Rent organisations, renowned for delivering high-quality homes, exceptional service and vibrant resident communities. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Administrator to join their onsite team at one of their flagship South London developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Build-to-Rent, residential lettings, PBSA, serviced apartments or property management who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same. The Role As the Senior Lettings Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful operation of the development, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to move-in and beyond. You'll work closely with the General Manager and onsite team to maximise occupancy, support resident retention and deliver an outstanding level of service to both prospective and existing residents. The position is based on a 40-hour working week, with two Saturdays per month required. Working hours are on a rota basis, with shifts of either 9:00 am–6:00 pm or 10:00 am–7:00 pm. Key Responsibilities • Conduct apartment viewings and convert enquiries into successful lettings. • Manage the entire applicant journey, responding promptly to enquiries by phone and email. • Process tenancy applications, referencing and credit checks. • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless resident experience. • Assist with rent collection, deposits and tenancy administration. • Update property management systems and maintain accurate records. • Carry out competitor analysis and support marketing initiatives. • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, contractors and visitors. • Resolve resident queries and service requests quickly and professionally. • Support resident engagement initiatives and community events. • Assist with property inspections and coordinate maintenance issues with the onsite team. • Ensure communal areas remain welcoming, safe and well presented. About You You'll be passionate about customer service and genuinely enjoy building relationships with people. Ideally you'll have: • Previous experience within Build-to-Rent, residential lettings, property management, PBSA or serviced apartments. • Strong administration and organisational skills. • Experience managing lettings enquiries and tenancy administration. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • A proactive, positive and professional attitude. • The ability to work independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team. • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using property management systems such as Yardi (or similar) would be advantageous. • Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis.
