The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will: • Arrange and conduct property viewings • Match prospective tenants with suitable rental properties • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants • Provide support and guidance throughout the lettings process • Negotiate tenancy agreements and rental terms • Generate and follow up on applicant enquiries • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch Lettings Negotiator Requirements • Minimum of 18 months' experience within residential lettings • Full UK driving licence • Passion for the property industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional and customer-focused approach • Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment What's on Offer? • £28,000 - £32,000 basic salary • £40,000 - £60,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) • Career progression opportunities • Opportunity to work within a prestigious London market • Supportive and successful team environment • Long-term development within a well-established agency Working Hours • Monday to Friday • Alternate Saturdays Apply Today!
