Pay: £92-£120 per day (dependent on experience)

A friendly primary school in Maldon is looking to recruit a caring and motivated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team from September 2026. This full-time, long-term opportunity will see you supporting children during the most important stage of their development while working alongside experienced teachers and practitioners in a nurturing environment.
The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
• Deliver engaging play-based activities that promote learning and development.
• Support children with their communication, social and emotional growth.
• Work alongside the class teacher to provide a stimulating Early Years environment.
• Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their ongoing development.
• Encourage independence through creative and practical learning experiences.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming classroom for every child.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Has experience supporting children within an Early Years setting.
• Understands the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Has a warm, patient and encouraging approach.
• Works well as part of a collaborative team.
• Is passionate about helping children build confidence and develop a love for learning.
