Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Location: Croydon Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week About the Role We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team and support the care and development of babies and young children in a warm and nurturing environment. You will work alongside qualified staff to provide a safe, stimulating, and loving space where every child can thrive. Key Responsibilities • Assist in personal care • Support play and learning activities appropriate for babies’ and children's developmental stages. • Help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment. • Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers. • Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times. • Participate in team meetings and nursery events as required. What We’re Looking For • Level 2 or 3 in Childcare/EYFS • A genuine passion for working with babies and young children. • Reliable, caring, and able to work as part of a team. • Willingness to learn and develop skills in early years care. • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing situations.
