Responsibilities may include: • Supporting teaching and learning within the classroom • Delivering targeted intervention sessions • Providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional assistance • Supporting pupils with SEND needs • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement • Helping create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment What We're Looking For • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) • Previous experience working within a school environment • A positive, proactive and adaptable approach • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Looking for a Permanent Role?
