Litigation Fee Earner Multiple offices available in Devon/Somerset Hybrid Working Up to £65k (Dependent on experience) Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit a Litigation Fee Earner to join its Dispute Resolution team. Applications are welcomed from Paralegals, CILEX professionals, Legal Executives and Solicitors, with opportunities available across multiple office locations. What you'll be doing: • Managing a varied litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution. • Advising clients on a wide range of contentious matters while providing an exceptional level of client care. • Drafting legal documents, pleadings and correspondence to progress matters efficiently. • Handling pre-action procedures, negotiations and trial preparation where required. • Communicating with clients, courts, solicitors and third parties throughout the lifecycle of each case. • Supporting business development through networking and marketing activities where appropriate. • Working alongside experienced colleagues across a variety of litigation disciplines, with the opportunity to develop or specialise in your chosen area. About you: • Applications are welcomed from Paralegals, CILEX professionals, Legal Executives and Solicitors. • Previous experience managing or assisting with litigation matters. • Experience in any area of litigation will be considered, including employment, landlord and tenant, debt recovery, probate disputes, immigration, criminal, possession proceedings or other dispute resolution work. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines. • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to develop your career.
