Litigation Paralegal Location: Sheffield / Staveley Salary: £24,000-£25,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full Time | Permanent CRA Consulting is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist law firm recognised for its expertise in Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Consumer Claims and Group Litigation. Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Junior Litigation Paralegal to join its expanding litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal experience, particularly within Personal Injury or litigation, who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in Data Breach, Group Litigation and Consumer Claims. The Role Working alongside experienced solicitors and fee earners, you will assist with a varied caseload of litigated matters while developing your technical knowledge and litigation skills. Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting with the management of personal injury, data breach and group litigation files • Drafting legal correspondence and court documents • Preparing claim documentation and supporting litigation processes • Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel and third parties • Obtaining and reviewing medical records and evidence • Preparing trial bundles and other court documentation • Maintaining accurate case management records • Supporting fee earners throughout the lifecycle of claims • Delivering excellent client care at every stage of the litigation process About You To be considered for this opportunity, you will have: • Previous experience within a legal support or paralegal role • Experience in Personal Injury, litigation or civil litigation is advantageous • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail • Confident communication and client care skills • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn • The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team What's on Offer • Salary of £24,000-£25,000, depending on experience • 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays • Company pension scheme • Company sick pay • Free on-site parking • Flexible working arrangements (subject to business needs) • Ongoing training and development • Clear career progression within a growing specialist litigation team If you're looking to take the next step in your legal career and develop within a respected specialist litigation practice, apply below or contact Umar Tawil at CRA Consulting for a confidential discussion.
