Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join an established Creditor Services Department based in either Liverpool or Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a high-quality recoveries caseload for a well-developed portfolio of finance clients and medium to enterprise level businesses, within a commercially focused and growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient, client-focused litigation services, contributing to the ongoing development of the department, and supporting junior team members as the team continues to expand. Key Responsibilities • Managing a full recoveries caseload from inception through to conclusion • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients • Supporting the development of the client base and wider departmental growth • Working towards and achieving financial and performance targets • Assisting with, supervising and developing solicitors and paralegals within the team • Responding promptly and professionally to requests for updates from clients, team leaders and introducers • Providing general support to a busy and collaborative litigation team Skills and Experience Required • Minimum 3 years’ PQE in commercial finance recovery / litigation work • Proven experience managing court processes and working to strict client and procedural deadlines • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail • Clear and confident communication skills, with a client-focused approach • A proactive, personable and hardworking attitude Additional Information • Hybrid working available (up to 2 days per week remote working) • Competitive salary and firm-wide bonus scheme for all fee earners • Opportunity to join a growing and commercially driven team with strong client relationships Apply today or contact George Beard for more information. #INDMALN
