Litigation Solicitor – Worcestershire An established and highly regarded law firm in Worcester is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial litigation and property disputes to take on a varied caseload while developing relationships with key regional referrers, including insolvency practitioners. The firm has a strong reputation across Worcestershire for delivering practical, relationship-driven legal advice to both businesses and individuals. About the Firm This well-established Worcester-based law firm provides a broad range of legal services to commercial and private clients. The firm enjoys strong links within the local business community and works closely with professional referrers, particularly insolvency practitioners, generating a steady flow of high-quality dispute resolution work. The practice embraces flexible working through a paper-light environment supported case management software, allowing Solicitors to manage files efficiently both in the office and remotely. The Role As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload covering commercial litigation, property litigation and insolvency-related disputes. You will play an important role in supporting the continued growth of the department through excellent client service and relationship-building with professional referrers. There is also scope for candidates with employment law experience to undertake employment-related contentious and advisory work, although this is not a requirement.
