Litigation Solicitor – Worcestershire An established and highly regarded law firm in Worcester is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial litigation and property disputes to take on a varied caseload while developing relationships with key regional referrers, including insolvency practitioners. The Role As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload covering commercial litigation, property litigation and insolvency-related disputes. You will play an important role in supporting the continued growth of the department through excellent client service and relationship-building with professional referrers. There is also scope for candidates with employment law experience to undertake employment-related contentious and advisory work, although this is not a requirement.
