You'll take ownership of export operations from booking through to final delivery, working closely with customers, carriers, overseas agents and internal teams to ensure shipments are completed accurately, compliantly and on time. This role would suit an Logistics Coordinator or similar with experience in sea and air freight exports looking to further their career within a collaborative freight forwarding environment, where they'll gain exposure to all aspects of export logistics and have genuine opportunities for long-term development. In this role, the successful Logistics Coordinator or similar will coordinate export shipments via air and sea freight, arrange bookings with carriers, complete customs declarations and export documentation, liaise with customers, hauliers, warehouses and overseas agents, and ensure all shipments meet strict vessel and flight deadlines. They will also manage invoicing, produce manifests, monitor shipment progress and provide excellent customer service throughout the export process.
