Job description

The Role • Lead the execution of sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising mandates across the Business Services sector. • Take day-to-day responsibility for managing live transactions from preparation through to completion. • Act as a key point of contact for management teams, private equity sponsors, and corporate clients. • Manage junior team members and drive high-quality analytical and marketing output. • Support senior bankers in developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. • Contribute to sector coverage initiatives and help build the team's presence within the Business Services market. Candidate Profile • 6+ years of M&A experience gained within: • A Big 4 Corporate Finance / M&A practice. • A respected mid-market investment bank or advisory platform. • Strong track record executing UK and European M&A transactions. • Experience managing multiple workstreams and taking ownership of deal delivery. • Comfortable leading client interactions and coordinating advisers throughout a transaction. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members. • Strong commercial judgement and excellent financial analysis skills.
