9pm to 7am Monday to Wednesday
9pm 6:30am Thursday

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment as a machine operator. Within this role, you will learn to operate a variety of machinery and machine mind multiple machines at the same time. As the machines and processes used are unique to the business, full training will be provided. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team. If you enjoy working in a physically demanding role within a team, have a keen eye for detail, and are looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
• Previous experience working in a night shift role.
• Happy to work in a physically demanding role, this is a steps intensive position, the Machine Operator is a standing role, walking to multiple machines and to different departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate production machinery, including loading and unloading materials.
• Mark, package, and prepare finished products for dispatch.
• Carry out machine changeovers between products variants.
• Monitor processes and adjust maintain performance and quality.
• Complete accurate production and scrap reporting
• Follow start-up, shutdown, and shift handover procedures.
• Ensure products meet strict quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Keep accurate traceability records (job sheets, batch labelling, ID tracking)
• Complete required training and comply with all company standards.
