Warehousing / Postal Service Responsibilities • To accept the delivery of all incoming goods for the various departments within the Hospital, including loan sets for theatres, samples and medications for Pathology and Pharmacy. • Undertake delivery rounds to all relevant user points within the James Paget Hospital, delivery and collections of goods and stock in accordance with the Quality manual. • Using the Oracle/Elcom systems to correctly book in and authorise payment by the Finance Department of goods received. • Ensure all returns are dealt with effectively/promptly and records maintained. • Ensuring the Postal service is maintained within the Trust.
