Maintenance Craftsperson (Electrical)

Please see attached Job description for full details This role will be required to undertake the: installation, commission, maintenance, service and repair of a full range of engineering related building fabric, equipment and installations at properties maintained by CHoICE Facilities Services. The role will witness a primary focus predominantly on electrical works, however the post holder may be required to diversify into other engineering and building trades. Furthermore, the post holder will provide a lead technical role within the Department to undertake supervisory/management duties of other direct employed labour force including contractors.
