Contribute to the maintenance of the fabric Trust property. Carry out building fabric maintenance of finished surfaces: • New works and redecoration programmes • Reactive decorative maintenance works • Ensuring high standard of finish on all work • Daily maintenance of equipment and tools • Maintenance of stock level / liaison with stores personnel when necessary Remain aware of the direct affect and impact upon: • The environment, • Safety and comfort of patients, staff and members of the public. • Respond pro-actively as required to defects and maintenance tasks.
