Maintenance Engineer

Shift Pattern: • Panama Shifts – Days and Nights (12 hours) (3s & 2s) (2 weeks Days then 2 weeks Nights) Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer: • Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly • Perform both reactive and planned maintenance • Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities • Work closely with production to meet performance goals • Follow safety and repair best practices at all times • Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives • Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork What We’re Looking For: • Time-served or apprenticeship-trained engineer • Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 and BTEC, ONC/HNC preferred) • Strong electrical skillset • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment • A positive, proactive mindset and a team player • Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a forward-thinking engineering department To Apply: If you're an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a role with long-term career potential in a stable, forward-thinking company — we’d love to hear from you!
