You will bring: • Proven leadership experience within FMCG or high-volume manufacturing • A strong background in maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement • Experience implementing preventative maintenance strategies and data-led decision making • The ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into tangible action • Demonstrated success in leading and developing engineering teams • Strong working knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and quality standards • Experience managing budgets, resources, and performance metrics You’ll also be: • A proactive, high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving change • A strong communicator, able to influence at all levels • A structured, process-driven thinker with a continuous improvement mindset • Passionate about developing people, building capability, and creating a high-performing culture This is a career-defining opportunity for an ambitious engineering leader who wants to make a tangible impact in a business undergoing significant transformation.
