JMB27 - Maintenance Operative Location: Central London and Surrounding Areas Hours: 06:00 – 14:00 Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Annually Benefits: Full specialist training provided. Overview: Our client is actively seeking Ex-Military personnel to join their specialist Maintenance Team operating across Central London and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining high standards, and are looking to develop specialist skills within a growing business. Working as part of a professional operational team, you will be responsible for maintaining the external appearance of a range of commercial and prestigious buildings, often working at height. What You'll Be Doing • Carrying out external building maintenance activities • Working on high-profile commercial and residential properties • Operating safely and effectively at height following company procedures • Maintaining the presentation and condition of building exteriors • Using specialist access equipment and tools • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards • Working as part of a close-knit operational team • Following health and safety regulations at all times • Representing the company professionally whilst on customer sites • Maintaining equipment and reporting any defects or issues What We're Looking For • Reliable and professional approach to work • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions • Comfortable working at height or willing to undertake training • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Safety-conscious mindset • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Willingness to learn new skills and undertake specialist training • Good communication skills • Physically fit and capable of carrying out active work duties Desirable Experience • Experience working outdoors • Experience working at height • Experience following strict health and safety procedures • Military service or similar operational background Additional Benefits: • Full specialist training programme • Ongoing support and development • Career progression opportunities • Long-term employment prospects • Supportive team environment • Opportunity to develop specialist working-at-height skills • Early working hours allowing for improved work-life balance No previous experience required.
