Youll be working35 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atChaseways. * Due to the genuine occupational needs, and the demands of the service we are only able to accept Male applicants for this role* Located in the heart of the community in Sawbridgeworth, Chaseways is a residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with moderate / severe learning disabilities, who may have associated complex needs.Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do and we are able to meet the changing needs of people as they progress through their care pathway, while ensuring their safety is maintained and their independence supported. Your day-to-day • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional su pport • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way • Assist with medical & welfare needs • Report on medical & welfare needs as required • Safeguard • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all Why Cygnet?
