Management Accountant PQ

What you'll be doing • Reporting into the Finance Leadership Team, you'll take ownership of delivering accurate reporting, meaningful analysis, and operational support across the site. • Monthly management accounts including P&L and balance sheet • Insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions • Budgeting & forecasting across multiple departments • Variance analysis and performance monitoring • Cost-control initiatives and continuous improvement projects • Stock & inventory support, including counts, valuation, and reconciliation • Internal controls & audit compliance • Business partnering with operational managers to improve performance • Identifying process and systems improvements to enhance efficiency What you'll bring • Part-qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA / CPA • Experience within a manufacturing environment • Strong background producing monthly accounts to tight deadlines • Confident with ERP systems and advanced Excel • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement • Highly organised, analytical, and commercially aware • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement • Collaborative, approachable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities What you'll get in return • A chance to join a business that genuinely invests in its people and offers clear progression opportunities. • Supportive, collaborative culture • Real career development and study support • Exposure to senior stakeholders • A varied, commercially focused role • The opportunity to influence performance and drive change What you need to do now Click apply now, and we will be in touch to have a private and confidential discussion!
