Manager, Strategic Intelligence - Transatlantic
A growing strategic intelligence firm in London is seeking a Manager for their Transatlantic team. The firm provides a consulting service to business leaders and investors, providing strategic intelligence to enable them to make decisions around transactions, corporate movements, M&A, regulatory, policy, and senior appointments.
The role of Manager:
The Manager leads the day-to-day execution of the firms’ client engagements.
Responsibilities include:
Working with c-suite clients assessing potential commercial risks in a major transaction or advise a client how shifting political dynamics should shape their positioning.
Conducting commercial due diligence.
Utilising the firms human source network and global community of experts to gather intelligence and turn into clear well-informed analysis.
Working on diverse, con current complex projects from start to delivery.
Running several workstreams.
Synthesising analysis into high quality longform reports.
Check the work of junior colleagues and helping them develop.
Delivering advice directly to clients in calls and presentations.
Experience & Qualifications required:
Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic intelligence, law, finance, consulting, corporate strategy, government, or comparable environments.
Well organised and dependable.
Be investigative by instinct and natural problem solvers: curious, persistent, and resourceful in finding what they need.
Have high emotional intelligence and sound commercial judgement.
Excellent academic background and a passion for writing, reasoning, and learning.
Strong client facing skills.
