Marketing Assistant

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stages of their marketing career who is looking to gain hands on experience across a wide range of marketing activities. You will be involved in content creation, digital marketing, brand activity, events, and supplier led projects, while working within a collaborative environment where creativity, ideas, and development are encouraged. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and the wider commercial function to support impactful marketing campaigns within a technically focused B2B environment. Key Responsibilities As a Marketing Assistant, you will support a variety of marketing activities including: • Writing and editing newsletters, email campaigns, website content, and digital communications • Supporting the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content • Assisting with product launches, marketing campaigns, presentations, and promotional materials • Updating website content and supporting ongoing digital marketing activity • Editing podcast and webinar recordings for digital channels • Supporting the planning and delivery of conferences, exhibitions, and company events • Coordinating projects with external suppliers, including design, web, and content partners • Carrying out market research and competitor analysis to support marketing decisions • Supporting marketing reports, data management, and budget administration • Working with internal teams to ensure marketing activity is delivered effectively and on schedule This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop your skills, and take ownership of tasks and projects.
