Join a thriving high-end lighting manufacturing company based near Dartford! My client is seeking a creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive with a strong background in content creation and digital marketing to help elevate the brand's presence across multiple channels. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working closely with an in-house Graphic Designer, this role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can confidently manage multiple projects and campaigns with minimal supervision. You will play a key role in developing engaging content, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Own and deliver the social media content calendar across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring all content is timely, accurate, and aligns with our brand.
• Produce and manage marketing content including newsletters, press releases, blog posts, case studies, and video campaign copy.
• Maintain a steady rhythm of content through management of the press, blog, and content calendar.
• Create high-quality visual content, including filming, shooting, and editing, often working within limited resources or budgets.
• Collaborate with the wider team to mine projects and case studies, developing material that supports sales and conversion.
• Update and maintain the LightGraphix website, ensuring all content is accurate and reflects current company offerings and news.
• Support the execution of structured campaigns and coordinate marketing activities to meet deadlines and deliver assets on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a design-led, architecture, lighting, or built environment business.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone across different channels.
• Experience in producing high-quality digital content, including hands-on filming and content creation.
• Proficient in managing social media channels and content calendars.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and email marketing tools.
• Basic design and content adaptation skills using Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent).
• Excellent project management, presentation, data analysis, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proactive and delivery-focused with a strong sense of ownership and detail orientation.
