Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive Location: Airport House, Croydon, CR0 0XZ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Help businesses grow stronger. We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Executive to help us tell that story. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with analytical thinking to deliver marketing that makes a measurable impact. Working closely with our Marketing Team Leader, you'll create engaging content, deliver campaigns, manage CRM activity and use data to continually improve marketing performance across multiple services and sectors. What you'll be doing • Creating engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing and other digital channels • Planning and delivering organic and paid marketing campaigns • Monitoring campaign performance and using data to improve future activity • Building and managing email campaigns, customer journeys and audience segmentation within our CRM • Working with teams across the business to support lead generation and business growth • Researching new industries and turning complex topics into clear, engaging marketing content What we're looking for You'll be commercially aware, naturally curious and enjoy solving problems. You should also have: • Experience in a B2B marketing role • Strong copywriting and communication skills • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, CRM systems and digital marketing • Experience using marketing technology such as CRM platforms, CMS, Adobe Creative Cloud and AI tools • Confidence analysing marketing performance using campaign data and analytics • Excellent organisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities What you'll receive • Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience) • Monthly company performance bonus • 20 days annual leave, with incentives to increase entitlement • Ongoing training and development • Supportive, collaborative working environment • Opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business Why Redwood?
