About the Opportunity We're looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join a growing financial services organisation. Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you'll support a wide range of campaigns and business initiatives across digital and offline channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants to develop across multiple areas of marketing, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. The Role As Marketing Executive, you'll support the delivery of marketing activity across the business, helping to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and communications remain consistent across customer and intermediary channels. Working alongside colleagues from a range of departments, you'll contribute to marketing projects that support commercial objectives while gaining exposure to a broad mix of marketing disciplines. Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns. • Maintain website content and ensure digital assets remain accurate and up to date. • Create and coordinate marketing content for digital platforms, including social media, email and promotional materials. • Support the delivery of email communications and marketing automation activity. • Monitor campaign performance and produce reports highlighting key insights and recommendations. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing communications are delivered accurately and on schedule. • Support the organisation and promotion of events, webinars and industry engagement activities. • Assist with a variety of marketing projects as required. About You You'll ideally have: • Around two years' experience in a marketing position. • Experience supporting campaigns across a range of marketing channels. • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail. • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • A proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills. • Confidence working collaboratively with different stakeholders across a business. Desirable Experience • Marketing CRM platforms. • Social media management tools. • Content management systems. • Basic graphic design or content creation software. • Experience within financial or professional services (beneficial but not essential).
