Marketing & Growth Associate | Sevenoaks, Kent (Hybrid) | £35,000 - £45,000 My client, a fast-growing technology business, is seeking a Marketing & Growth Associate to join their ambitious team on a permanent basis. Working closely with senior leadership, this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer to take ownership of campaigns, support product launches and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and business growth. Responsibilities • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites and sales materials • Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives • Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data • Assist with marketing budgets and growth strategy • Support website optimisation, SEO and customer journey improvements • Work closely with Sales to increase lead generation and conversion • Research new markets, customer segments and growth opportunities • Utilise AI tools to improve marketing performance, content creation and productivity Skills • Previous experience within marketing, growth or digital marketing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail • Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business Package • £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary (DOE) • 26 days holiday + bank holidays • Gym membership • Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership • Genuine career progression within a high-growth business • Modern working environment and collaborative team culture
