Salary: £50,000
Location: Islington, London HQ with some WFH flexibility once established
We're working with a well-established international business in the interiors space that's looking to hire a Marketing Manager to build and lead their UK marketing function.
This is a hands-on, all-rounder role where you'll take ownership from strategy through to execution. The business has strong backing across the US and Australia, but the UK operation is still developing, so there's a genuine opportunity to shape the brand, build structure, and drive growth.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and sales, with a clear focus on making marketing a commercial driver and helping the business strengthen its UK presence and move towards profitability.
The Role:
• You'll own and deliver the UK marketing strategy, using insight and data to shape direction and identify opportunities.
• You'll plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, PR and events, managing everything from concept through to optimisation and performance review.
• There's a strong product focus, with responsibility for content across website, brochures, adverts and POS, alongside ownership of the website and its performance.
• You'll also manage brand consistency, oversee digital performance across key channels, and use analytics to improve ROI and conversion.
• As the role grows, you'll work closely with sales and leadership, with scope to bring in agencies or additional resource to support wider commercial goals.
Candidate Criteria:
• 4+ years experience in a Marketing generalist position
• Strong across digital, brand, and multi-channel campaign delivery
• Comfortable being hands-on and owning execution as well as strategy
• Experience managing websites, content, and marketing materials
• Commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue
• Confident working independently and building structure in a growing business
Why this role:
• Opportunity to build and shape the UK marketing function from the ground up
• Backed by an established international business with strong resources
• Broad role with real ownership across brand, digital, and campaigns
• Direct impact on growth, performance, and profitability
• Flexibility with a London base and exposure to senior stakeholders
Process:
• Initial screening call by our 3 party agency Robert Walters
• Follow-up TEAMs call with UK MD
• In-person meeting for the final stage
