Maternity Locum GP

We would be interested to hear from a GP at any stage of their career, including recently or newly qualified GPs. We are offering a supportive package with mentoring to help someone starting off in practice or returning to practice after a break. We are looking to cover 5 sessions a week and will run for approx. 12 months. Days: Tues, and Friday all day with a Thursday morning. Supporting the whole practice team is very important to us and we have a daily morning huddle, weekly clinical meetings and lunch together every day. We are busy but have put in place lots of techniques to take the pressure off the doctors while providing excellent patient centred care. We are a SystmOne practice using a total triage clinic with econsult. Sessions have 13 patients maximum, with a mix of face to face and phone calls and you will work approximately one duty session (half -day) per week. We have an expanding multidisciplinary team including a pharmacy team and a nurse practitioner. We also have Primary Care Network ARRS staff attached to the practice including a social prescriber and mental health workers. We are proud to be the greenest practice in Brighton.
