Mechanical Operative

• Undertake minor repair works and general maintenance activities at the request of the Mechanical Team Leader / Supervisor. Plumbing repairs and heating systems. • Assist in Carrying out routine planned preventative maintenance inspections in accordance with Trust procedures. • To assist cross trades works including mechanical and building repairs. • Complete all report sheets as necessary. • Always interprets and follows regulations. • Immediately notifies the Mechanical Team Leader / Supervisor of any deviation from the regulations. • Uses all relevant PPE, tools and equipment within safety guidelines as necessary for the completion of works. Assists Competent Persons undertaking mechanical installations and/or enabling works. Works with and always follows the instructions of Competent Persons/Authorised Persons.
