Medical Negligence Paralegal Location: Blackburn Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Flexible hours and hybrid working arrangement available) Salary: From £25,000+ DOE This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about law and looking to develop a long-term career in medical negligence within a supportive, fast-paced, and rewarding environment. The Role • As part of the Medical Negligence team, you will play a key role in supporting clients through sensitive and complex claims while gaining valuable hands-on legal experience. Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting with the management of a caseload of medical negligence matters • Supporting senior fee earners on a variety of ongoing cases • Drafting correspondence and legal documentation • Reviewing and analysing medical records and evidence • Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties • Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
