In addition to the main responsibilities listed: Confidentiality Our patients trust us with sensitive personal and health information, and we take that responsibility very seriously. Everyone who works at the practice plays an important role in maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring information is handled with care, professionalism, and respect. Any information relating to patients, colleagues, healthcare partners, or the business of the practice should only be shared with authorised individuals and always in line with practice policies, data protection requirements, and confidentiality guidelines. Maintaining patient trust and protecting sensitive information is an essential part of this role.
