Medical Workforce Advisor, Rota Design & Compliance

As the Medical Workforce Adviser, you will be responsible for leading the Trust's medical rota management processes, ensuring rotas are safe, compliant and responsive to the changing needs of our clinical services. Working collaboratively with clinical and operational colleagues, you will: • Lead on the design, implementation and continuous improvement of medical rotas across a range of specialties. • Provide expert advice on medical terms and conditions, rota compliance, safe working practices and workforce planning. • Develop innovative rota solutions that improve service resilience, maximise workforce utilisation and enhance staff experience. • Analyse workforce data and identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve staffing and rota efficiency. • Lead and support projects that improve medical workforce processes and contribute to wider organisational transformation. • Line manage and support members of the Medical Workforce Rota Team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. • Act as an expert point of contact for complex rota queries, providing practical solutions and excellent customer service.
