Meetings, Events & Membership Administrator Join the Delegant Operations Team Location: Ardington, Wantage Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 Start your career in association management, events and membership services. We’re looking for a Meetings, Events & Membership Administrator to join our growing Operations Team. What you’ll be doingYou’ll provide essential administrative support across a wide range of client projects, including: • Supporting the delivery of conferences, meetings and webinars. • Processing delegate registrations and responding to enquiries. • Managing membership applications, renewals and member records. • Preparing meeting papers, agendas and event materials. • Maintaining accurate information across our systems and databases. • Assisting with website updates, communications and newsletters. • Helping ensure every client receives an exceptional experience. About youWe’re looking for someone who: • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail. • Takes pride in producing accurate work. • Enjoys communicating with people. • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Is confident using Microsoft Office. • Is eager to learn and develop new skills. • Enjoys working as part of a supportive team. • Has a positive, proactive approach to work.
