About the role Mercedes-Benz of Swindon is looking to recruit a Preparation Assistant to join their fantastic and motivated team. As a Preparation Assistant, you will need to be passionate about our products and services. The ideal candidate will be organised with strong communication skills and have a meticulous eye for detail. The role will be responsible for managing the Trade Disposal element of our Used Car department. You will also assist with the preparation of car deliveries and car stock, working closely with the Sales and Service Managers in the retailer to deliver a fantastic customer experience. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the timely preparation of our retail used car stock through our aftersales department, arranging valeting and all associated administrative procedures. You should have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail especially if checking over or driving customer cars identifying any blemishes or damage on the vehicle.
