Responsibilities and Experience: • Management of company and category stock budgets through use of the WSSI • Management of a small team in the delivery of our Ways of Working to improve availability for the customer • Involved in the management of category suppliers and 3rd party providers • Build internal and external collaborative relationships, support and manage where appropriate the supply base to optimise delivery compliance and ensuring ongoing improvements to OTIF and service • Oversee the planning and stock management requirements of the category across all channels • Forecast and plan stock requirements to support buying activity • Be highly adaptable to quickly assess the current operation and ways of working. Recommend long-term strategic improvements to further advance the function. • Experience in identifying, proposing and implementing improvements to systems and processes.
